Don't Forget The Word "Reform"

Too many people, making over middle-class income, are selling, maintaining, tracking, and paying for health services, that, by definition, must be given to the half of the population making less than middle-class income. Using political means the providers demand more and more remuneration while making themselves the only way to do things. The entire issue of health reform is simply getting lower remunerated service givers working in an adult environment. So here is what we need to do when the money runs out. And as a small business owner, what we pay for health insurance for our employees makes us very angry with the overpaid people of the health care system. I don't consider that fair for my employees to pay for someone else's wonderful life style at their expense.

If you want health Care REFORM, an entire new structure, for every part of the health care system, need implementing. What must be accomplished? Then the country prepares for having many, many people needing new jobs like the health insurance plan and pharmacy sales forces and the workman's compensation system employees.

Do this:

1. Doctors' debt at the end of medical school is $0.00. Instead of paying the patients paying before the doctor is educated - which would be investment- we insist they take out loans which have interest going to someone not related to health care, which is simply consumption. It's time to pay upfront and save 10% on a health server's education. How would you like to visit a doctor without a crushing debt? And no more of the intern nonsense with too many hours. Don't do this kind of nonsense to people you want to care about you.

2. And let's get rid of the ability to sue for malpractice. Even the best doctors make mistakes, so better make make sure our doctors and others are properly trained and supervised without the fear factor. If someone thinks their life is so valuable above the standard insurance, let them buy more health insurance. Isn't that what people do with life insurance? You need more, you buy more. Lawyers won't be entirely cut out, but most will need other jobs, maybe something productive.

3. No matter how much or how little, everyone wants competent people. Since everyone wants this, why don't we have branded confidence in the health care system? And the processes not an antagonistic confrontational  bound. You shouldn't set up a new structure that repeats: "I'm just waiting for you to make a mistake", confrontational, and fear based philosophy. Those days of the Victorian era have run their course and the days of cooperation being perceived as the norm are upon us. The Victorians didn't have computers, but they did have a snooty upper-class and very confrontational attitude with the masses as the norm.

4. At least 50% of health care employees should earn below the middle-class level. Otherwise the above middle-class people will always subsidize the lower-class people. Do the math. To reach this level, someone will have to lose. In other words, a hospital job cannot be the way out of the lower-class. For that you will need a skill, not political pressure.

5. Don't need overpaid executives. Maybe we should put their jobs out for bid? Probably attract people who really care. The better the structure, the less we need the overpaid people. Let's have an aptitude test to see who really cares and hire them at a reasonable wage, forget this bonus stuff. You better do a good job, that's why we hired you. Your bonus is we don't fire you.

6. We should spend money for people to help families cope with health problems.

7. Long-term health care is not addressed politically other than in a financial way. Not everyone can have servants when they get old. Need some kind of people orientation as there never can be enough money.
